Olympian to Triathlete & Back

Over the years I have re-invented myself a number of times, from track athlete, to triathlete to marathon runner. Seventeen years after making my first Olympics team (2004 Athens, 1500m), I am thrilled for the opportunity to once again proudly wear the Maple Leaf in Tokyo, in the marathon event.

I love challenging myself to be the best version of myself through my training and racing and providing opportunities for others to do so through coaching. I believe that process leads to results: work hard at what you love to do and the outcomes will fuel you for more.

Coaching

Do you love to run? Do you want help to be the best runner you can be? To run a personal best (PB) or personal record (PR) or to try a new event? Do you need help knowing how to maximize your potential? I help you become the runner you want to be.
