I work with goal oriented runners who need coaching to achieve their ambitious goals. I will work with you to determine the best training schedule for you: one that allows you to be efficient with your training and recovery, but also that helps you to get the most out of yourself. I love coaching runners who know that hard work, patience and consistency is the key to success.
The foundation of coaching is trust and communication – we will work together to find the best fit for you. As one of my athletes, you will receive a training program via the online calendar and app (Vdot02.com), as well as regular correspondence.

This is a comprehensive coaching subscription which is appropriate to most people looking for personalized training, immediate feedback and support. The program includes an in-take interview, weekly training uploaded to your calendar, unlimited email and text, and phone calls / ZOOM/Facetime as needed to discuss training progression, goals and races.
$200 / month (min. 3 months)
This is a completely individualized training plan for a runner looking to prepare for a specific race goal. I will create a personalized plan based on your current fitness, goals and background of running. This is perfect for someone who wants a plan but doesn’t need regular contact and communication for training and race support.
